What is a modular career services platform?

Point-tool vendors sell career features a la carte. Prentus takes a different approach: one career outcomes operating system, rolled out in phases. You can sequence the rollout by college, program, or capability, but every phase runs on the same system and the same student record, which is what makes the outcomes data defensible.

Can we phase the rollout?

Yes, and most institutions do. One caution from experience: a single point tool is a band-aid. The retention and placement gains that move funding numbers come from the connected journey, not one feature. We recommend phasing by college or program, with the full system in each phase.

How long does implementation take?

Most institutions are live within 2-4 weeks. There is no lengthy IT project. Prentus handles SSO integration, data migration from your current tools, and staff training.

Do the layers share data?

There is nothing to sync because it is one system. Every layer reads and writes the same student profile. When a student updates their resume in Job Search Tools, the AI Career Agent sees it. When they log an interview in the Job Tracker, Outcome Tracking picks it up automatically.
